CINELLI + MASH INTEGRALTER SHIRT

CINELLI + MASH shirt collaboration celebrating the Cinelli Integralter.

Mike Martin founder of MASH explains what inspired the design: "The Integralter handlebar, in many ways, sums up what initially brought us to work with Cinelli. Unique, progressive designs, coming from an artful place.  The packaging included a very crude xerox of the cable routing, and was a treasure found included in old stock pairs. We wanted to celebrate this bar with Cinelli, and take it with us in our day. A shirt is a perfect way to remember this piece of art."

CINELLI + MASH INTEGRALTER SHIRT <p>The collaboration between MASH SF and Cinelli started in 2006 when they sent one of their t-shirts with a defaced Columbus Tubes logo to Cinelli President Antonio Colombo. From the book 'Cinelli The Art and Design of the Bicycle' Colombo recalls writing to them after receiving the shirt: "'Hey guys, I saw the T-shirt; what the fuck do you think you're doing? I'm going to sue you.'(Because Americans like that kind of talk.) And from there we became friends." Colombo continues "I went and visited them in San Francisco just as I had with Gary Fisher twenty years before that. There was the same excitement; immediately, we started dreaming of making products together. At Cinelli we provided them with the technical and manufacturing expertise they needed, a dash of history, and a sense of cultural authority. It's a very exciting relationship."</p> <p><img src="http://www.wingedstore.com/img/cms/1.gif" alt="MASH X CINELLI" title="MASH X CINELLI" height="400" width="700" /></p>
