YOON HYUP is a Korean artist currently based in New York City. In early 2000s, Yoon started to paint walls outside and do live paintings with DJs, Yoon explored the spontaneous painting style using lines and dots inspired by skateboarding, also alongside the improvisational music like jazz, funk and hip hop. Through years of experiences, Yoon’s artwork has emerged as it’s renowned visuals comprising abstract patterns and urban landscapes. From gallery exhibitions, public art projects to collaborations with brands, Yoon Hyup interacts with a broader audience.
