The bike that you’ll receive is packed semi-assembled in order to be safely shipped. A professional mechanic should fully assemble it and properly fit the bike to your personal needs, using specific professional tools. Take duly note that a mishandled assembly could lead to very dangerous and harmful situations.
COMPLETE BICYCLE WARRANTY INFORMATION
Every single component of the bike is covered by a warranty but not the bike itself as is shipped semi-assembled. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR BIKE WARRANTY WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY.
We must receive your warranty card and proof of a professional build within 30 days of you receiving your bike. It is extremely important that your bike is built and tuned to your needs. This will also put your mind at ease knowing that your bike is safe to ride.
Steps to Warranty Activation:
-Find a professional bike mechanic to assemble your bike. Most likely your local bike builder or bike shop is happy to do this for a reasonable fee.
-Once the assembly is complete, ask the builder to provide proof of a professional build. This can be in the form of a receipt.
-Send us a copy (physical or digital) of the proof of assembly document and the warranty card we sent you with your bicycle via: Email: firstname.lastname@example.org

GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR COMPLETE BICYCLE AND FRAMES
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 14 business days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 6% return handling fee. Once the 14 business days of receiving your order have passed, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
