- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 45 days of purchase. Items must be new and unused in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING YOU PURCHASED?
- Log into your account and go to the 'Order History and Details' area. Here you can request your return. If you purchased with a GUEST account you will need to go to the following address: https://www.wingedstore.com/guest-tracking have your order number and email address available. Once you complete the form, and create an account, you can then log in and request your return. Once you choose the products you wish to return then click ‘CREATE RETURN’.

-The shipping cost for returning a product due to wrong size or request for replacement with another product will be paid by the customer; as soon as we’ll receive it we’ll arrange a return shipment free of charge.
-The shipping cost for returning a product that you don’t like is paid by the customer; as soon as we’ll receive it we’ll arrange the refund, provided that the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
-The shipping cost for returning due to a damaged or defective product is free of charge; in this case we will arrange the collecting of the product and send instructions to the customer accordingly.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR COMPLETE BICYCLE AND FRAMES
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 14 business days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 6% return handling fee. Once the 14 business days of receiving your order have passed, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
